Solid 60 Minute Workout

Started this morning with a light cardio workout.  15 min on treadmill, 15 min of elliptical machine and a quick stint for 5 min on the stationary bicycle for a total cardio workout of 35 min.

Take a quick resistance training session for the next 25 minutes.

5 sets of 20 calf raises

5 sets of leg extensions X 10 reps

5 sets of standing hamstring curls

5 sets – Combined half squats & light half dead lifts

Total 60 minutes, which means I have 2 hours 10 min of working out in the bank, 997 hours 50 minutes left.
