Partnered Defensive Drills

2 rounds jab
2 rounds jabs and hooks
2 rounds cross
2 rounds jabs, crosses and hooks

Circuit Training
5 reps each without stopping
Biceps Curls
Shoulder Press
Tricep press
Medicine ball burpees
Repeat 3 times

After you repeat this 3 times, take a 1 minute break and then repeat 2 more times for a total:

45 reps for each body part.
